What’s your return policy？
We have a policy that opened 3D printing resins cannot be returned due to their sensitivity to moisture and other environmental factors that may cause degradation of the product. However, non-opened resins can be returned within 7 days of purchase for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, the non-opened resin must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was purchased. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.
Once we receive the returned resin, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the resin is approved for return, we will process a refund for the purchase price of the resin, minus any shipping costs.

Do you ship your resins overseas?
We offer international shipping for our resins to most countries worldwide. However, buyers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping as well as any custom fees that may be incurred. Please note that international shipping rates may be higher and may require additional time for delivery.
While we take care to package our resins securely, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during the shipping process. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and will do our best to address any issues that may arise.

Does your resin have FDA or CE certificate?
Yes, all of our products have FDA certification, and our AA Temp and BB Base products are among the few products in the world that received FDA clearance in 2020. However, due to changes in the CE regulations under MDR, we have not yet applied for CE certification. As regulations may vary by country, we recommend that you refer to the specific regulations in your country.
